ACG 101 WEBINAR: The State of Private Capital Markets

David Bonrouhi has over 20 years of investment banking and private equity experience. David began his investment banking career at Merrill Lynch in New York in the mid 1990’s where he worked on a number of M&A transactions, IPOs, private placements, high yield debt offerings and leveraged loan transactions in the media and telecom industries. David later worked in private equity and venture capital for UnionBanCal Equities, where he co-managed Union Bank’s $200 million portfolio of private equity investments in middle market companies in a wide range of industries, including consumer products, industrial manufacturing, business services, technology/internet/new media, telecom, publishing, radio and TV broadcasting, towers, energy and real estate. In this capacity, David was a Board member of several portfolio companies. David also founded a financial consulting firm, Blue Line Capital, and he previously spent approximately two years as a VP with Hunter Chase, a real estate private equity firm.

David began his career as a CPA and tax consultant with Price Waterhouse in New York. David holds Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses with Fallbrook Capital Securities Corporation (Calabasas Capital is a dba of Fallbrook Capital). David is a licensed California CPA (inactive) and a licensed California real estate broker. David has an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management; and a Masters in Tax and a B.S. in Accounting from Miami of Ohio.

David is active in the Los Angeles community with such organizations as Temple Isaiah, Gold Coast Business Forum, the Anderson Private Equity Alumni Association, Provisors, Bruin Professionals, the California Restaurant Association, and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). David is on the Board of the 101 Corridor Chapter of ACG, where he also serves as Sponsorship Chairman. In both 2016 and 2017, David was honored by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal which included him in their list of the Valley 200: The Most Influential Leaders in the Valley (which includes the San Fernando, Conejo, Santa Clarita, Simi and Antelope valleys in Southern California).

Craig Enenstein founded Corridor Capital, LLC in 2005 to pursue investments in lower middle market buyouts. Leveraging his operating and investment experience, Craig approaches investing as an active partner. Craig developed Corridor Capital to be a strategic and operational partner to the companies in which it invests and to work closely with the management and boards of directors of those companies.

Prior to launching Corridor Capital, Craig led transactions for Omninet Capital, Liberty Digital and Knowledge Universe where he completed over two dozen private equity and venture capital investments across a wide range of industries. He developed a reputation for working closely with management of the portfolio companies to assist in business strategy, mergers and acquisitions sourcing and execution, capital access and structuring, operations restructuring and business planning. Prior to joining Knowledge Universe, Craig was a strategy consultant with L.E.K. Consulting and Bain & Company.

Craig currently serves on the boards of CCT Holdco, LLC, Consolidated Flooring, LLC, FMT Holdings, LLC, IE Food Holdings, LLC, NPAS Holdings, LLC and Specialty Marketing & Communications Holdings, LLC. He also serves on the board of Naspers Limited, Prosus N.V., Wharton Graduate Executive Board of Directors and Wharton Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. He has also served on the board of directors of AirPrime, Inc., Arrowsight, Inc., CDI Holdco, LLC, Circuitronics EMS Holdings, LLC, CPMG Holdings, LLC, food.com, Game Show Network, LLC, IOP Holdings, LLC, MAKE IT IN LA, MIH Holdings, Ltd., NameSafe, LLC, OpenTV, Inc. He served on the Wharton Alumni Executive Board of Directors for over 10 years (serving as President, Chairman and Chairman Emeritus for 7).

Craig is an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization. He holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business, an M.A. in International Studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.

Jeremy R. Holland is a Managing Partner at The Riverside Company, leading the Origination team across the various funds/strategies in North America. Jeremy joined the Riverside in 2010, when they recruited him to switch from executing deals to focusing on originating new investment opportunities in the Western US & Canada. He has more than 20 years of private equity experience, across a range of industries and throughout the capital structure. He began his private equity career with Buttonwood Capital Group immediately after completing his undergraduate studies. Jeremy earned a B.S. degree in Finance from California State University Northridge. For the past 12 years, Ryan has been a General Partner and Managing Director at Riordan, Lewis & Haden (RLH) where he manages a number of company engagements. Prior to joining RLH, Ryan was an Associate at Shamrock Capital Advisors working in their Media, Entertainment & Communications fund, a Senior Research and Finance Analyst with Warner Bros. and began his career as an Analyst with Bear Stearns. Ryan received a B.S., cum laude, in Economics with a focus on finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management where he was honored as a Dean’s Scholar.
