What began as the East Village craft beer outpost Neighborhood in 2008, CH Projects (Consortium Holdings) has built a 16-bar and restaurant empire, greatly enhancing the San Diego culinary landscape and reshaping the city in the process.
Their portfolio ranges from high-end establishments, Born & Raised and Ironside, to craft cocktail bars Polite Provisions and Raised by Wolves, to popular brunch restaurant Morning Glory; and includes ramen (Underbelly), speakeasies (False Idol and Nobel Experiment), and even a barber shop (Dover Honing Co).
Come join fellow NextGen-ers at Craft & Commerce as we hear from the CH Projects executive team and celebrate the group’s success.
