Amie is a collaborative leader of business-driven innovation and strategy for high-tech, B2B companies. Over the past decade in Silicon Valley, Amie has worked extensively with accelerators, VCs, and investors on behalf of corporate clients. She brings insights from 20 years in high-tech positions, corporate innovation and management consulting. Her innovation-focused career began with international leadership positions with Nokia, Inet Technologies (now Tektronix), Teradyne and Texas Instruments. She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, in addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.

Adriel Lubarsky

Senior Director of Business Development

Adriel Lubarsky is the Sr. Director of Business Development at Udelv, which builds the world’s most experienced autonomous delivery vehicles set to revolutionize 21^st century logistics. Udelv has signed deals and made deliveries for companies like Walmart, HEB, XL Parts, and NAPA Auto Parts.

Prior to Udelv, Adriel founded and invested in over 15 startups, many of which have gone on to raise capital from Tier 1 Silicon Valley Venture Capital Firms. He is on the board of Unique Places to Save, a non-profit organization protecting the environment through entrepreneurial conservation.

He’s the host of The Gong podcast, interviewing guests like Kickstart CEO and Salesforce CMO about sales at startups.

Adriel earned International Business and Philosophy degrees from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
