Padres Pedal the Cause

ACG San Diego invites you to join more than 3,200 participants in the fight against cancer at Petco Park on Saturday, November 16th! You’re invited to join the ACG Padres Pedal Team and participate in any way you can, for a strong community experience centered around curing cancer.

All levels and abilities can participate – the activities include:

• Cycling: 4 different cycling courses, 25, 55, 88 & 100 miles, each of which goes over the Coronado Bridge (We will have teams at 25 & 55 mile distances – we recommend the shorter distance to be able to take part in all the activities at Petco Park!)
• Spinning: 50-minute high energy classes all day long at Petco Park with a live DJ
• Kids’ Challenge: Kids can join the fight too. Kids Challenge for cancer crusaders 3-12.
• Running/Walking: Bring your families for a 5K along the Embarcadero and finish on centerfield!
• Volunteering: Padres Pedal would not be possible without the army of amazing volunteers that help it run
• Donating: Consider donating to Team ACG as 100% of what is raised goes DIRECTLY to cancer research

Each of these options end centerfield at Petco Park with a celebration on the field that includes live music, all you can eat and drink, massages and more.

About Padres Pedal the Cause

Padres Pedal the Cause has the mission of providing funding for cancer research at Moores Cancer Center at UC San Diego, Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute, the Salk Institute for Biological Studies, and Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego through their annual cycling fundraiser in hopes that the collaborative research funded by this event will ultimately lead to a cure for cancer. Last year Team ACG raised $10,650 in our first year. Please help us in our effort to raise money for Padres Pedal the Cause by making a donation. 100% of all net proceeds STAY in San Diego and goes directly to cancer research.
