He addresses the planning needs and opportunities for his clients including estate and charitable planning, family business succession planning, business exit planning, strategic planning and building business value. He is also an expert in all areas of tax from estates and gifts, partnerships, C and S Corporations; as well as mergers & acquisitions, and real estate deal planning.
