ACG IN July Breakfast Meeting

Jeff Strack has more than 25 years of experience in the grocery industry working his way up through the business.  He has held several key positions with Strack & Van Til including Senior Vice President of Operations, Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer, and was named President and CEO in May 2016.  In August of 2017, he successfully led a group of investors in buying the company and keeping it locally owned.  Today, the Indiana Grocery Group operates 20 stores across Northwest Indiana.

Jeff is devoted to giving back to and being involved in the community.  He is currently a Board Member of the Boys & Girls Clubs Greater Northwest Indiana, the Tradewinds Board, St. Catherine’s Hospital Board.  He and his wife Shawn are the Honorary Chairs of the NWI Food Bank Capital Campaign Food Drive.  He also serves on various advisory boards and committees throughout Northwest Indiana.  In May of 2018, he was inducted into the Northwest Indiana Business Hall of Fame.  

Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and earned a MBA from Purdue Northwest.
