As the leader of the firm’s transaction advisory practice for the Rocky Mountain region, Joanne has been involved in hundreds of transactions on both the buy and sell side, including quality of earnings, working capital targets and resolution, profitability analysis, and carve-out financial statements. For 25 years, she's served clients in manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, professional services, consumer products, technology, and real estate.

Joanne's focus is serving her clients and doing what it takes to get the job done, but with a sense of humor and a smile. What she enjoys most about her job is the variety of clients and projects. Every deal is different, and her role is to help clients achieve their unique goals. She enjoys digging into the details and using her creativity to craft a story behind the numbers.

Mike has more than 20 years of experience in executive leadership, operations, health law, regulatory compliance, and corporate development. Most recently, he was the CEO of Bio Telemetry (Nasdaq:BEAT), the leading provider of cardiac monitoring, cardiac monitoring device manufacturing, and centralized cardiac core laboratory services. Previously, he was the COO of MedExpress, a leading multi-state urgent care provider and former portfolio company of Excellere Partners. Prior to that, Mike was the COO and EVP of Corporate Development of CCS Medical, a national provider of Medical and Pharmacy supplies for patients suffering from diabetes, respiratory and other chronic conditions.

Mike began his career practicing healthcare law at Holland & Knight, LLP, a global law firm, and was promoted to Partner and served as the Co-Chair of the firm's National Health Care Practice Group. He received a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law, and is a member of the Florida Bar. He received a Master's of Science in Cybersecurity and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of South Florida. 

Michael leads the Transactional Insurance practice at CAC Specialty, specializing in negotiating, placing, and advocating for coverage with respect to Representation & Warranty Insurance, Tax Indemnity/Liability Insurance, and Contingent Risk Insurance.  His past experience includes placements of transactional insurance policies across a wide range of deal sizes and industries. He has significant prior experience litigating (as outside counsel) and advocating for coverage (as leader of a broker’s financial-lines claims team) under Representation & Warranty, Directors & Officers, Professional Liability, Cyber, and other lines of coverage.

Prior to joining CAC Specialty, Michael was most recently a Vice President at McGriff, Seibels & Williams.  He practiced law before that, first as a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and then at King & Spalding LLP in Atlanta. Michael earned his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law (high honors; Order of the Coif) and his B.A. from The University of Mississippi (summa cum laude; Phi Beta Kappa), where he also lettered in baseball.

Jason focuses his practice on assisting clients with complex entity formations, structuring, acquisitions, and dispositions.  His experience includes both buy-side and sell-side M&A, private equity and general corporate counseling. He counsels clients through all aspects of their businesses, ranging from day-to-day contract and other corporate needs to the successful completion of material transactions.

Prior to joining in 2012, Jason began his legal career at a firm in New York.  In addition to his legal background, Jason has experience in the financial industry, having worked at ELX Futures, L.P., a derivatives exchange in New York City.  Jason serves on various Firm committees, including the Firm’s recruiting committee.

Tyler advises clients with respect to a variety of federal securities law matters, including periodic reporting and capital markets transactions, and a wide range of corporate governance matters for both publicly traded and private companies. He has represented clients ranging from small start-ups to Fortune 100 companies on an array of general corporate advisory matters as well as a variety of strategic transactions, including public and private mergers, acquisitions, sales, and restructurings. He has developed specialized and diverse experience managing shareholder activism matters. 

Prior to joining Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, Tyler was a corporate associate at an international law firm in Chicago. He received his J.D. in 2010 from Georgetown University, where he was the executive editor of The Georgetown Law Journal, and his B.A. in history and international studies in 2005 from Northwestern University, graduating cum laude from both.

Until mid-2016, Tom served as CEO of Osprey Packs for over 15 years, helping build the team, expand the product range, create worldwide distribution and grow Osprey into a critical supplier to the outdoor, travel and cycling markets. Prior to Osprey, Tom held various leadership roles at Royal Robbins, a designer of outdoor apparel, as well as senior roles at General Mills, the Gallo Winery and in banking. Tom is currently working hard as CEO of ElevenPine, a Boulder-based start-up of technical cycling apparel.

Tom is a committed cyclist, hiker, paddler and golfer who loves living in Durango and enjoying life in Colorado. He served two terms on the Board of the Outdoor Industry Association, and currently sits on boards or councils for: The Colorado 14’er Initiative, American Rivers, Lawrence University President’s Circle, Durango Nature Studies and Bible Israel Ministry and Tours. Tom graduated from Lawrence University in 1982 and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in 1987.

Kate is founder of Boulder Organic Foods and has been developing the brand since 2006. Boulder Organic Foods is a national brand of organic and gluten-free fresh soups, sauces and main dishes that are nationally distributed through natural and conventional grocers. Kate is active in the community through board service, mentoring and philanthropy. A Colorado native, she makes her home and professional life in Boulder, enjoying the community of natural product entrepreneurs. Her passions include travel, hiking, traveling, fly fishing, irreverent humor and interesting people.

John Moynan, 30, is the General Counsel for SLANG Worldwide. A graduate of Arizona State University and Colorado Law, he’s one of the youngest GC’s in the country. After starting his career with the company's predecessor in 2014, John assumed his current role in 2017 and has negotiated hundreds of cannabis deals during his tenure.

Chris began his career at KeyBank in 2011 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President in the Colorado Commercial banking group where he focuses on M&A transactions. Prior to KeyBank, he was an Institutional Sales Associate for D.A. Davidson’s Equity Capital Markets Division. He graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and Real Estate, and earned a Masters of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance from the University of Colorado. 

Chris is a Board Member and serves on the Executive Committee of the Young Americans Center for Financial Education, a non-profit whose mission is to teach young people about finances, economics and business, enabling them to become financially literate and ensure long-term stability for themselves and their families. Chris also enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.

Robert has worked on M&A and financing transactions of all sizes and around the world since 1995. In recent years, he has been particularly active in Food and Consumer Products, as well as the Industrials and Business Services sectors. Prior to Integris, Robert was a Managing Director at another middle-market firm.  Before that he was the lead execution banker in the 34-person Transportation Group at UBS and prior to that, a Transportation banker at Deutsche Bank.  Both of these roles were based in London where Robert worked on engagements across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America. 

Robert has twice been recognized by investment-banking publications as leading a “deal of the year.” He graduated from Princeton University with an AB in History and Russian Studies, and earned an MA in History from the University of Michigan.
