Dave has worked extensively in the areas of project feasibility, site selection, site planning, entitlement assistance, client representation at public meetings and hearings, site design, grading and drainage studies, stormwater management, utility design and studies, permit coordination, and regulatory analysis. Dave received his bachelor of science in civil engineering in 1988 from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is a professional engineer licensed in 30 states; a LEED Accredited Professional; a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE); and a Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) and Certified Development, Design and Construction Professional (CDP) through the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
