Important Information for Exhibitors

 

  • Set-up begins at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, 11/13 and tear-down will be Wednesday, 11/14 at 4:00 pm.  This gives you the opportunity to host as many meetings as you would like, with other exhibitors, via the DealSource Scheduling Software and general attendees, to be scheduled outside the software.
  • “Exhibit” during the Capital Connection/Wine Tasting (wine provided by ACG Florida) from 5:30 to 7:30 pm on Tues, 11/13.  This is a great opportunity to network with those you don’t have scheduled meetings set up with, ALL while enjoying cocktails and appetizers and pouring wine.  The venue will be setting up wine at your tables from 4:00 to 5:00 on Tuesday.
  • Each exhibiting firm will be provided with a 6’ x 30” skirted table (for logoed table cloths, collateral, gadgets, premium items, raffle items etc.).  Due to the size of the ballroom, only IB exhibitors are able to have a round table with chairs (for your pre-scheduled and impromptu meetings) in the Exhibit Hall, the Palm Court Ballroom.  The diagram is below with table #s provided for shipping and meeting purposes.  We will have plenty of extra chairs available for your use.
  • Signage with your company name will be provided by ACG Florida at your table.
  • Items for your exhibit table should be sent to the The Vinoy Renaissance for arrival no earlier than Wednesday, November 7th and no later than Monday, November 12th

PRESDO has made some updates to the software - using the APP (search FL ACG CAP CON in app store) is easiest way to block your times.

Easiest way to BLOCK 20 minute times that you
are unavailable is on the APP not WEB - just
"check" the box so it shows GREEN

 

 

If you are BLOCKING off the 20 minute times you are
unavailable on the WEB, the boxes do not show up;
there are two steps:

1.  Click on the time slot you are unavailable (i.e., 2:00
to 2:20 pm on Tuesday) - the next screen will show up 

2.  Press Attend and your picture should show up below.
Attend means NOT AVAILABLE at that time. 

1. Log in and set up/review/update your company and personal profiles.  You can add your Logo, company description, keywords, website, products and service and more.  You can also choose your company's primary contact.

2. Customize your agenda for the event, selecting the events you plan on attending so others know you will be there (i.e., golf, late night party, etc) and also blocking times in which you are not available for meetings, so the software won't book that time.

3.  View and search profiles of other exhibitors (search by company is easiest way) you want to meet with, send messages or meeting requests.  The person RECEIVING the request confirm times and location.

4. Export your meetings to your Outlook, Google, or iCalendar to easily manage your time on-site.  You can also view or print your agenda.
