Shane Parkes, President & CEO, Sparke Consulting (Co-Founder & CEO, AAV)
As former Chief Executive Officer, Shane's role was to shape the future of Anderson Audio Visual (AAV), while ensuring it met it’s short-term goals and objectives in AAV integration and managed services. He worked with the executive team to develop goals, plans, policies, and procedures for Anderson. With a background in accounting and finance, Shane was a co-founder of AAV in 1998, initially fulfilling the role of Chief Financial Officer, with responsibilities for the financial reporting of Anderson and overseeing day to day operations. In 2012 he was promoted to CEO. Prior to Anderson, Shane along with his brother Craig owned and operated an audio-visual business in their native New Zealand. With over 20 years of experience in the audiovisual industry, Shane brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the business. His education includes a diploma in Business from Manawatu Polytechnic, Palmerston North, New Zealand.
Robert W. Blanchard, Blanchard Krasner & French (M&A Attorney for AAV)
Robert W. Blanchard is an attorney and former financial executive with more than thirty-five years of experience in real estate and corporate finance. His areas of practice include complex real estate acquisitions, dispositions and exchanges, corporate mergers and acquisitions, asset and mortgage securitization, business and real estate lending, tax credit financing, and the regulation of financial institutions and securities markets. Bob is widely published and a frequent speaker on numerous topics, including “The Evolving Worldwide Legal and Regulatory Climate for Securitization,” for a meeting of the American Bar Association held in Brussels, Belgium; he is a contributing author of Commercial Real Estate Finance: A Current Guide to Representing Lenders and Borrowers, ABA.
Jason Baker, Keegan & Baker, LLP (Corporate Attorney for AAV)
Jason Baker is an attorney and real estate broker with twenty years of experience representing business clients and high net worth individuals. His areas of practice include business and real estate acquisitions, construction and commercial disputes and general business counsel. Jason also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of San Diego School of Law teaching business law.

Leo Klijn, Partner, Henberger Group Inc (Investment Banker for AAV)
Leo Klijn has been a principal with Henberger, a San Diego-based mergers & acquisitions advisory firm since 2005. Henberger assists businesses (revenue range $10-150 million) with exit planning, value enhancement, and transaction services. Leo started his career working for Groupe Casino in France, a top 25 retailer worldwide. He occupied several executive positions including leading their Far East Sourcing office. He acquired business ownership experience as a co-founder of SourcingLink, a software and services company focused on supplier relationship management. He led strategic sourcing engagements and software implementations for Fortune 100 retailers and CPG companies. During his tenure the company became a public company with a market capitalization of $450 Million. Leo received his Masters from ESCP-Europe, Paris, London, Berlin and his Undergraduate from Nijenrode, the Netherlands ' School of Business. He holds securities licenses 62, 63 and 79.
