Donald “Donnie” Sandusky resides in Bethany Beach, Delaware and runs his global Hamboards business, from wherever he happens to be. He’s a PhD engineer with 10 years corporate experience and another 15 years as a serial entrepreneur in sports equipment. Prior to launching Hamboards (5 years ago) he had two successful exits, one to Spalding and another to New Balance. He has become a decent media producer, administrator, accountant and lawyer, but his passion is building growth businesses based on branded sports equipment featuring inventive performance attributes. His career has taken him ‘round the world, many times. Recently Don’s been the primary expert witness for a class action suit related to consumer product performance claims. Outside of work he leads a regular “American Dad Life”, loves all board sports, has been a lifelong ice hockey player/coach and steals time for big game fishing.

Dominique "Nico" Klimek resides in Brooklyn and works full-time at an advertising agency in the Manhattan. Outside of work Nico teaches spin and yoga and is a team rider for Hamboards. Depending on the season she is either surfing, snowboarding or hamming.

Australian born, Hannah has been traveling overseas for four years and now currently resides in Brooklyn New York. She is currently developing a luxury surf, skate and health retreat in Nicaragua.
