Guy Asadorian, Jr. is a Wealth Director for BNY Mellon Wealth Management. As a seasoned expert in Mergers and Acquisitions, Guy has been advising successful entrepreneurs and corporate executives at privately-held as well as public companies. This includes planning for, and executing, the purchase and sale of privately held businesses as well as helping to navigate the complexities of transitioning from “Owner to Investor”.
 
Guy joined the firm in 2013 and has more than 3 years of investment sales experience. Prior to joining the firm, he was principal and co-founder of Tameracq Partners, a middle market mergers and acquisitions firm in Providence, RI. While at Tameracq, he advised both buyers and sellers of businesses in a variety of industries. Prior to that, Guy was a First Vice President with Smith Barney where he worked with high net worth individuals to help them manage their wealth. 
 
Guy received a finance degree from Western New England University, where he played varsity baseball. He has published articles, recorded podcasts and done public speaking on the subject of M&A and business owner exit planning.  Guy is currently a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, AM&AA, the Exit Planning Exchange and the Cherrystone Angel Investment Group. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Quonset Development Corp, Chairman of the Investment Committee for the Armenian Historical Association of RI and Co-Chairman of the East Greenwich Athletic Hall of Fame committee.
