Who can attend M&A SoCal®? M&A SoCal® is open to everyone and all types of business professionals are welcome to attend. Programming and networking opportunities are designed to benefit all middle-market professionals including, but not limited to, private equity leaders, investment bankers, operating partners, corporate strategic acquirers, lenders, privately-held business owners and service providers.

While ACG members benefit from a discounted registration rate, M&A SoCal® is open to members and non-members.

Please note: you must be 21 years or older to attend official M&A SoCal® conference events/activities.
Where is the conference hosted?

The Beverly Hilton | 9876 Wilshire Boulevard, Beverly Hills, California, 90210

The Beverly Hilton is conveniently located at the corner of Santa Monica and Wilshire Boulevards in the heart of Beverly Hills. While staying at our hotel, take advantage of the many surrounding attractions, thing to do, and places to see and be seen. We are located 11.8 miles from Los Angeles Airport (LAX), with ample parking and transportation options available to the guests of our hotel.

- Monday 9/16 - Breakfast & lunch, snacks and beverage service throughout the conference, admission to programming sessions and Welcome Reception
- Tuesday 9/17 - Breakfast & lunch, snacks and beverage service throughout the conference, admission to programming sessions and happy hour
- Wednesday 9/18 - Breakfast and admission to programming sessions
- Attendee list

How to host as DealSource Table

There are several options available for hosting a table during DealSource, which include Sponsorship, ACG Deal Tables and Dedicated Tables.

Sponsorship – Most M&A SoCal® sponsorships include a table in DealSource and/or within the host hotel. Additional sponsorship benefits vary by level. There are no eligibility requirements to sponsor M&A SoCal®. Contact Matt De Miglio, mdemiglio@acg.org, for more information.

ACG Deal Tables – One complimentary table in DealSource is included when you register as an Investment Banker for sell-side bankers only. A limited quantity is available.

Does DealSource offer a companion rate? We do NOT have a special companion rate for companion/spouse registrations. All guests must register at the full conference rate.
How can press register? Members of the media interested and eligible to obtain press registrations should contact Matt De Miglio, mdemiglio@acg.org, to register.
Are group discounts available? Group pricing is available to Private Equity and Investment Bank firms registering three or more colleagues from the same firm. After the first two Investment Bank or Private Equity representatives complete their registrations, each additional attendee from the same firm is eligible to a discounted rate. There is no group discount for general attendee registrations.
What is the cancellation policy?

Full refunds, less a $50 processing fee, are available through the following dates for each registration type.

  • General Attendees: Available through August 28, 2025. For cancellations taking place on August 29, 2025 or later, tickets may be transferred to another colleague of the registrant's choice. No refunds offered after August 28, 2025.
  • Investment Banks and Private Equity: Available through August 12, 2025. For cancellations taking place on August 13 or later, tickets may be transferred to another colleague of the registrant's choice. No refunds offered after August 12, 2025.
Who has access to the meeting scheduler?
 

Every M&A SoCal® registered attendee will have access to the meeting scheduler, powered by ACG’s proprietary ACCESS meeting platform. This will allow attendees to pre-schedule meetings with other attendees and make the most of your experience at M&A SoCal®.

When will I receive the attendee list?

**Attendee Lists will be sent to M&A SoCal® registrants on the following dates:

  • PE / IB Registered for DealSource: August 13th  (1:1 Scheduler Go Live Date: August 18th)
  • Sponsors: August 20th  (1:1 Scheduler Go Live Date: August 25th)
  • General Attendees: August 29th (1:1 Scheduler Go Live Date: September 4th)

Make the most of your experience at M&A SoCal® by staying on property at The Beverly Hilton, the hub of conference activity and networking opportunities. Guests must first register for M&A SoCal before having access to the negotiated room rates in the official ACG hotel block at The Beverly Hilton Hotel. One guestroom may be reserved per M&A SoCal attendee (hotel reservation name must match M&A SoCal registrant name).
