Sarah Ciavarro is Senior Vice President and Business Development Officer for PNC Business Credit. She is responsible for all new business development in Northern Ohio.

Sarah joined PNC Business Credit in 2022, has over 16 years of industry experience and over 10 years of asset-based lending experience. Prior to joining PNC Business Credit Sarah spent 14 years at J.P.Morgan Chase.

Sarah received her B.S. from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.  Sarah is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth.

 

Carli Forsythe is a Director at PNC Erieview Capital and has over 12 years of experience providing junior capital to private equity backed companies.  She is actively involved in the firm's investment activities, including sourcing, transaction execution and portfolio management.  Carli began her career in a rotational development program at National City Bank.

Carli earned an M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University and has undergraduate B.S. degrees in Finance and Marketing from Miami University. 

Phoenix Hill has a decade of experience in the banking industry, including a background in asset-based and cash flow lending. Currently serving as Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager for Fifth Third, Phoenix is passionate and focused when it comes to building new client relationships across Northern Ohio focusing on tailored capital solutions, risk management and strategic advisory.  

Phoenix is a recipient of the prestigious 2024 Presidents Circle award at Fifth Third. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, which has provided a strong foundation for her professional endeavors.

Megan Horvath is a Co-Founder and Partner of Tremont Growth Partners. She is actively involved in all aspects of the firm’s operations and investment activities. Megan has over 20 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, and consulting. Over the course of her investment career, Megan has closed more than two dozen transactions across a variety of deal contexts and industries representing approximately $500 million in aggregate value.

Prior to co-founding TGP, Megan was a Partner at Steinbeck Investment Company, an independent sponsor. Her responsibilities included investment thesis creation, deal sourcing, investment evaluation, due diligence, deal execution, financing and portfolio oversight.

Lisa Morrison is a Business Development Officer for Huntington Business Credit.  Lisa is responsible for structuring and executing asset- based capital solutions for middle market companies including private equity and ESOP owned entities. Lisa has 21 years of banking and finance experience.  She began her banking career at PNC (National City Bank) in the commercial cash flow segment and subsequently spent 10 years in sales and portfolio management at JPMorgan Chase in Asset Based Lending.  Lisa graduated from Miami University with a BS in Accounting and Case Western Reserve University with an MBA focus in Finance. Lisa is a member of the Board of Trustees for the local non-profit, The Gathering Place.
