Sarah White Carr
Sarah is a Leadership Coach and Culture Consultant for Culture Counts, bringing more than 20 years of experience coaching and facilitating executives in the areas of leadership, presentation skills, communications and sales. She has worked with Fortune 1000 companies in the U.S., Europe and Africa, including Prudential Insurance, MetLife, Con Edison, American Stock Exchange, JP Morgan Chase and Merrill Lynch. Before going into private practice, Sarah was Vice President of Training & Development for Prudential Securities and Smith Barney Shearson. She also has worked in training at Citibank, and began her career in media sales in New York City.

Laura is a Human Resources Executive with over 15 years of experience working in both large and small organizations across a variety of industries. She is an expert in human capital, organizational effectiveness and coaching the C Suite. Laura’s PhD in Counseling Psychology drives her use of personality assessments to examine how people can work together most effectively.
Greg Giesen
Greg is the manager of employee development at the University of Denver where he provides professional development for faculty and staff. With over 25 years of experience in corporate consulting, training, facilitation and conflict mediation, Greg has brought his wide-array of skills to both corporate and non-profit organizations across the country. Greg is a former 14-year graduate school professor at the University of Denver and the author of three books on Creating Authenticity, including his latest, Mondays at 3: A Story for Managers Learning to Lead. In addition, he facilitates the award-winning program, Leading from Within, an outdoor experiential leadership and personal empowerment workshop.
Lynn Pollard
Lynn is a Principal at Pollard Consulting, a 30-year-old organizational development consulting firm, and a Senior Consultant and Master Facilitator at Executive Development Associates. As an Appreciative Inquiry practitioner and an organizational development consultant, she assists organizations and individuals with building internal capacity and bench strength, while finding practical solutions to complicated, everyday problems. She focuses on leadership coaching and development, cognitive thinking and decision-making processes, high stakes-facilitation, and talent management at all levels. Lynn creates safe environments, then provides clients with the skills and confidence to have difficult conversations, so they can “get to the heart of the matter” and make sustainable change. This leads to clarity about roles and responsibilities, high levels of agreement and commitment, increased engagement and accountability, plus greater results and productivity.
Rick Shaum
Rick’s sales training and coaching practice is built on a foundation of decades-long corporate business experience, where he established a solid reputation as a results-oriented personal producer, executive leader and developmental coach. His corporate career includes a role as SVP – Chief Talent Officer for a NY based private equity portfolio company in the publishing industry where he was responsible for recruiting, training, benefits, compensation, executive development and all “people” oriented tasks of a 2,000 employee organization. Prior, Rick served as SVP—Sales and Marketing for a Canadian based, private equity, portfolio company in the travel industry, taking responsibility for an international sales and marketing effort that developed more than 5,000 client relationships in over 50 countries.
