Brian Hall

Brian Hall is a seasoned entrepreneur who, as Board Chair & CEO, has achieved outstanding business results in multiple enterprises by utilizing a systemic approach that values the needs of all stakeholders, aligning them with the vision and mission of the organization. He is also a distinguished civic leader called upon by organizations across the country as a resource for best practices, innovation, and creative solutions on issues of economic equity and inclusion.

Brian currently owns and operates three related businesses. Two are construction companies serving the transportation and railroad industries, and the third is an operations staffing and management company in the parking and logistics industry. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hall orchestrated the twentyfold growth of his family’s trucking business that he evolved into a fully integrated logistics company. He achieved this by launching new services and products, and through the development of strategic partnerships with two different publicly traded supply chain entities.

Brian has also gained national recognition for his efforts in equity and inclusion. For ten years, he served as the SVP & Executive Director of Equity and Inclusion for the Greater Cleveland Partnership, the nation’s largest metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. Hall was the leading voice, strategist, and advocate of the business community’s efforts to advance economic equity and inclusion across northeast Ohio where he led and chaired the national committee of the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE). In this role, Brian made great strides by innovating several initiatives and collaborations among the region’s largest employers. His efforts resulted in improved economic outcomes and prosperity for many businesses that had been historically excluded.

Beyond his corporate endeavors, Brian has served on the boards of several prominent institutions including University Hospitals Health System, Fifth Third Bank of Northeast Ohio, University of Cincinnati Foundation, and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. He also takes pride and has received many awards for civic and community involvement. He founded initiatives such as the Tremont School mentoring program and co-founded the Presidents’ Council, a leading Black business economic development organization.

Brian earned a B.S.B.A. degree from the University of Cincinnati and M.B.A. from Baldwin Wallace University. He is also a graduate of the Minority Business Executive Program at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, and a Certified Chamber Executive (CCE) through the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives.
