Nicole brings nearly 17 years of extensive experience collaborating with public and private companies across the United States. Previously, she served as senior managing director, listings at Nasdaq. In that capacity, Nicole played a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of Nasdaq's listings and services, forging strategic partnerships throughout every stage of the capital markets lifecycle. Nicole is a graduate of Southern Methodist University.

Megan Steinbach is a Senior Client Strategist with BNY. In this role, Megan engages with individuals and their families, non-profit organizations, and institutions that are navigating the complexities of liquidity and wealth management. Megan curates a team of experts and together they seek to identify and understand the unique goals of each client and create customized strategies to achieve them. Megan joined the firm in 2022 and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her previous experience includes serving as a Senior Private Banker for Northern Trust for five years and prior to that she served in multiple roles during her twelve-year career with Frost Bank. Megan received a bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University.
