Beckett joined Canopy Capital Partners in 2021, following three years in Corporate Development at Aspirion, an Aquiline Capital Partners’ portfolio company providing healthcare revenue cycle services.

Prior to his time at Aspirion, he worked at Ballast Point Ventures, a growth equity firm focused on investing in software and healthcare companies throughout the Southeast. Responsibilities across both positions included sourcing, execution, and integration on investments, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions.

Beckett began his career in the Technology Investment Banking group at Raymond James, with a specific focus on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises in the software and technology services sector.

Beckett graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Biomolecular Science. He is originally from Tampa, FL and continues to live here with his wife, Kathryn.

Dan Drew

Dan Drew currently serves as an Senior Associate with Keswick. Dan is responsible for deal execution, due diligence, financial analysis, and portfolio management. He also supports deal origination and marketing.

Prior to joining Keswick, Dan was an Associate at Tecum Capital, where he supported senior professionals in deal underwriting and portfolio monitoring. Previously, Dan was an Analyst with Cleary Gull, a middle-market investment bank. While at Cleary Gull, Dan was responsible for supporting senior team members in executing transactions.

Dan received dual major B.S. degrees in Finance and Accounting from Marquette University.

Richard has 30 years of experience as a financial services professional, with the last 17 years as a strategically-focused CFO and investor with operator expertise. During his various tenures in private investment, commercial banking and investment banking, he has consistently driven exceptional risk-adjusted returns on capital and achieved desired outcomes for shareholders.

Richard’s background includes a focus on organic growth strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and capital structuring and raising activities among ownership that includes institutional private equity, hedge funds, sophisticated family offices and private investors and operators. Richard’s experience also includes repositioning of distressed institutions and assets across multiple economic cycles, industries and asset classes.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida.

Taylor Yohner (Moderator)

As a Vice President, Taylor leads the organization’s sell-side M&A efforts and develops relationships on behalf of the firm and its clients. He helps business owners identify viable solutions at any stage of their company’s lifecycle, from funding options to fuel early-stage growth through exit planning at retirement.

Prior to joining Three Sixty Seven Advisors, Taylor was a broker at CBRE, Inc., a Fortune 200 company. In that role, he participated in approximately 30 transactions with a focus on land, retail, office and industrial asset types, as well as debt finance. His brokerage team accumulated more than $150 million in listings over a three-year span, and he had an opportunity to serve as the transaction manager for several national clients, which resulted in numerous successful transactions throughout the country.

After attending Thomas University on a golf scholarship, Taylor earned a bachelor’s degree in management and real estate from Florida State University. He also holds the Real Estate Broker License.

Taylor serves as a board member of the American Cancer Society’s Annual Golf Tournament and as a committee member of Copperhead Charities, the charitable arm of the Valspar Championship.

Taylor and his wife are busy preparing for their first child, who is due in February, 2023. In his free time, Taylor enjoys spending time outside and all things golf, including both playing and coaching a high school team.
