ACG Kentucky's featured speaker in December is El Toro CEO Stacy Griggs.

El Toro is one of Louisville's most remarkable success stories.
As a tech company launched 12 years ago, El Toro and its three founders -- Dan Kimball, David Stadler, and Sean Stafford -- pursued a mission that had eluded many companies -- to uncover a better way to target customers and measure digital advertising. The potential benefits were enormous. They were helping companies save money, grow their business, demonstrate return on investment and improve decision analytics.
But they needed more - a leader to help them achieve even more. Enter Stacy Griggs.
His background was one well suited for his role as CEO, as he had already served leadership roles at several tech companies.
By 2016, the evolving El Toro joined the Endeavor network, a worldwide group that fuels the success of high-growth entrepreneur-led companies. With Endeavor's guidance, El Toro achieved growth, scale and impact, at one point becoming one of the fastest growing tech companies of its kind in the U.S. In 2020, Stacy joined the Endeavor Midwest board to share his experience and mentorship with others.
