TOURNAMENT TO BENEFIT

Orchards Children's Services

Orchards Children's Services is a private, non-profit, non-sectarian child welfare agency licensed by the state of Michigan and nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Services for Children and Families (COA). As the Southeast Michigan Region's premiere foster care, child welfare and adoption agency Orchards is dedicated to providing high-quality professional services to children, youth and families in Michigan.

Our Mission is to strengthen the community through quality services to children, youth and families

For approximately half a century, Orchards has continually helped improve the quality of life for abused, neglected and troubled children. Founded in 1962 by the National Council of Jewish Women-Greater Detroit Section, Orchards started as a small residential group home for Jewish boys with emotional impairments. Over the years, the agency expanded its services to include foster care, adoption, family preservation and specialized programs. These specialized programs include family training, therapy and support, birth family parent education and therapy, clinical services, in-home services and community outreach programs.

Orchards Children's Services has served thousands of children throughout the years.  With your support, hundreds of South-east Michigan families have been assisted by OCS services.
