Revida Rahman, originally from Mississippi, earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and a Master of Business Administration from Tennessee State University (TSU). She embarked on her professional journey in 1996 as an intern in the Claims department at Tennessee Farmers Mutual Insurance. Over the past 28 years, she has advanced through various leadership roles within the company. 

Revida's dedication to community service has garnered recognition from numerous organizations, including Phi Beta Sigma of Williamson County, the Nashville Alumnae Chapter and Nashville Metropolitan Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta, the Franklin Justice & Equity Coalition (FJEC), Alpha Phi Alpha, and Jack & Jill of Williamson County. 

Her impact extends to the Board Room, where she has contributed in roles including President for A Step Ahead Foundation of Middle Tennessee.  She is a Member of the Battle of Franklin Trust board participating on the Enslaved Project ensuring an accurate, inclusive history of the Civil War. In 2018, Revida, along with four other families, began working to bring change to Williamson County Schools. This effort led to the founding of One WillCo in October 2020, co-founded with Jennifer Cortez. One WillCo is committed to educating the community and advocating for racial equity in Williamson County schools. Their work has received national attention, with coverage from CNN, PBS, NPR, The Washington Post, The Atlantic, and the Christian Science Monitor, among others. Revida has also been a panelist on issues related to banned books and racial equity at conferences hosted by Ed Trust, New America, and the Southern Education Foundation. 

Revida is a Lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. She has been married to Yusuf Rahman for 19 years and is the proud mother of their two teenage sons, Amir and Taj. 

Dr. Kimberly Clay is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the nationally recognized nonprofit Play Like a Girl, which she established in 2004. Dr. Kim is responsible for setting the overall direction and program strategy for the organization. A respected philanthropist, social entrepreneur and business leader, Dr. Kim began her career at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, gaining unparalleled experience in chronic disease prevention and health promotion. She later earned a PhD in public health, establishing herself as a respected behavioral scientist in cancer research. While her travels have taken her around the world, Dr. Kim is proud to call Nashville home. 

Katie Richards is the President & CEO of Siloam Health, a faith-based, multi-site nonprofit healthcare organization serving Nashville’s uninsured, underserved, and culturally marginalized. Katie leads a diverse team of 75 employees and over 400 volunteers caring for more than 6,500 people each year, 90% of whom are immigrants or refugees.

Katie has fifteen years of experience in faith-based charitable healthcare and nonprofit development in the Nashville community. Under her leadership as Chief Development Officer, Siloam’s contributed revenue doubled, which has led to 2,000 more people receiving care each year.

As a passionate supporter of Nashville’s immigrant and refugee communities, Katie led Siloam to establish Amplify Nashville in 2017, an event that celebrates the significant contributions of immigrants in the Nashville community. While not working, Katie enjoys serving at her church, Fellowship Nashville, going to concerts at the Ryman, and attending Nashville Soccer Club matches.
