Courtney De Beaucourt is a Vice President at Aon Connecticut. She’s worked at the company for 15 years in a variety of capacities and currently is a Relationship Director in Commercial Risk and Human Capital for her Private Equity clients providing them with guidance and expertise for their various insurance needs including Transaction Liability, Due Diligence, Cyber Risk Prevention & Mitigation, Portfolio Management, and more. Courtney has a Bachelor of Arts from Claremont McKenna College.

Shannon Foote joined Freeman Spogli in 2016 and is currently a principal, where she focuses on investing in the consumer and distribution industries. Shannon sits on the boards of two current Freeman Spogli portfolio companies, CRH Healthcare, a leading chain of urgent care clinics in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic, and Easy Ice, the only national player in the full-service commercial ice machine subscription industry. Prior to joining Freeman Spogli, Shannon worked in Strategy and Corporate Development at S&P Global and in the Investment Banking and Investment Management Divisions at Goldman Sachs & Co. She graduated magna cum laude from Northwestern University with a bachelor's of science degree in industrial engineering and economics and earned her master's degree in business administration from Harvard University in 2016. In her spare time, she enjoys running and spending time with her husband and two toddlers.

Neha Shah is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group. Her primary responsibilities include working with the firm’s clients to raise debt and equity capital to support refinancings, recapitalizations, restructurings, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and growth capital initiatives, as well as advising companies on a wide range of capital structure matters.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Shah was at BMO Capital Markets, where she was a senior member of the Debt Capital Markets Group, focused on sourcing, structuring, and executing both public and private leverage loan and high-yield transactions in a variety of industries, including but not limited to healthcare and energy. Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets, Ms. Shah was a Vice President at CIBC World Markets/Oppenheimer, where she focused on structuring and executing leverage finance transactions for leading financial sponsors.

Alexandra (Alex) Jung

Alexandra Jung is Head of AEA’s Private Debt Group and a Partner. She is also Managing Partner of Amateras AEA, AEA’s joint venture focused on women-led investing, and is a member of the Management Committee of AEA Investors. Alex joined AEA in 2022 with over 25 years of experience in investment management as an investor and business leader across both the U.S. and European markets.

Prior to joining AEA, Alex was a Partner & Head of European Investments at Oak Hill Advisors, a U.S. based $50 billion investment firm specializing in alternative credit and private equity. In addition to global portfolio management responsibilities throughout her career, she is an experienced business builder and leader, most recently leading the build out of the European business of Oak Hill Advisors across alternative credit strategies including private debt, leverage loans, high yield and distressed debt. Ms. Jung served on global investment committees, the Valuation Committee and other Oak Hill European Management boards and was involved in all aspects of management and governance of the European business. She is an experienced public corporate board director and currently serves on the board of NVR, Inc. Prior to joining Oak Hill Advisors, Ms. Jung managed investments in credit, distressed debt and equity as part of Goldman, Sachs & Co.’s Special Situations Group and at Greywolf Capital. In addition, Ms. Jung worked at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin in the Financial Restructuring Group.

A Partner in the firm’s Corporate Group, Co-Chair of the firm’s Private Equity Practice Group, Co-Chair of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group and member of Wiggin’s Executive Committee, Heather is trusted counsel to private equity funds, public corporations, early and late stage companies, venture capital investors and family offices as they navigate a broad range of purchase, sale and investment transactions.

Heather focuses her practice on corporate and business law, with a concentration in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and financings, in a wide variety of industries, including technology, SaaS, software, financial technology, data analytics, business and professional services, consumer products, retail, media and marketing/communications, automotive, manufacturing/industrials and healthcare. From starting to selling a business, Heather provides practical business advice tailored to her clients’ growth stage and industry. She has extensive experience in middle-market M&A on both the buy-side and sell-side in connection with domestic and international corporate acquisitions and divestitures, private equity investments and co-investments in both public and private companies, carve-outs, venture capital and growth equity investments and financings, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, leveraged dividends and joint ventures and related matters, including technology licensing, outsourcing, and governance matters. Heather has completed several transactions in the healthcare industry on both the investor and company side. Heather is also a member of wiggin(x) through which she represents venture capital investors, early and late-stage companies, as well as many women-owned companies and founders with the unique aspects of their businesses.

Prior to Trivest, Sarah was at The Riverside Company for ten years.  Sarah currently serves on ACG’s Women of Leadership and Private Equity / Investment Banking committees.

Before moving to NYC where she currently resides, Elizabeth worked across banking and financial markets at Barclays and Lloyds Banking Group in London, and started her career in her hometown of Sydney, Australia at Coastal Capital hedge fund.
