Scott Leffler is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Navigant Capital Partners, a New York-based private investment firm focused on start small, scale fast “platform asset building.” The firm’s most recent platform was building VIVE Collision, a leading collision repair operator, from one location to 35 locations and $20M of EBITDA in 2.5 years before achieving a growth recapitalization in November 2023.

Over the course of Scott’s 10-year career in private equity, he has served on the board of directors of several companies and has experience across various industries, including insurance services, automotive, healthcare, IT services and financial services.

Scott received his B.S. in Finance, Magna Cum Laude, from Georgetown University.

Dimitri Skambas is currently a Vice President in Institutional Equity Sales at Canaccord Genuity. Previously Dimitri worked at SRV Partners, a turnaround and restructuring advisory firm. Prior to SRVP, he held roles in business development, commodity structured finance and FX at First Financial Bank, MUFG and Brown Brothers Harriman.  

Dimitri holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship & Public Affairs.

Lori Gleeman is the Founder & CEO of Soul Equity Solutions. She launched the firm as an answer to a need in the PE market – a boutique, highly specialized, and consultative executive search firm, with deep knowledge of the private equity universe and its players.

For over 15 years, Lori has provided innovative talent acquisition solutions across industries. Prior to founding Soul Equity, Lori was Principal Recruiter at a Private Equity focused retained search firm, placing C-Suite executives within portfolio companies. Previously, she braved investment management attorney’s on a daily basis as Managing Director within a legal search firm, the spark for her transition into private equity. She launched her recruiting career as Managing Director at Atrium Staffing, managing the permanent placement division while making lifelong friends.

Lori lives in New York City and is a proud mom of twin boys and her Goldendoodle, Dixie. She loves to cook and entertain and enjoys skiing and yoga. Lori graduated from the University of Vermont. She is actively involved in the private equity universe, is a member of Exponent Women and ACG NY.

Erin Carroll has over 20 years of experience in executive search and financial services and focuses on recruiting senior investment and non-investment professionals across asset management with a particular focus within the private markets. She has extensive experience recruiting investment, investor relations, business development/deal sourcing, human capital/talent, portfolio operations, finance, and other key senior professionals on behalf of private equity and private credit client organizations. Prior to joining BraddockMatthews at inception, Erin spent more than five years recruiting senior-level asset management talent at HigdonBraddockMatthews and Conley & Co.  

Earlier in her career, Erin spent nearly eight years in the asset management, private banking, and wealth management businesses of Merrill Lynch in New York City and was an Associate at Douglas C. Lane & Associates, a New York-based registered investment advisor.

Erin is an active volunteer in her community and currently serves as a Trustee of the Sherborn Library.

Erin received a BS in Business and Economics (cum laude) from Lehigh University.

Isaac Greenwood is an investment professional at Alpine Investors where he identifies investment opportunities and works with management teams to build high-growth companies in attractive sectors. Prior to joining Alpine, Isaac worked in private equity at New Mountain Capital where he focused on opportunities in the financial services and tech-enabled professional services sectors. Isaac began his career in investment banking at UBS and Goldman Sachs. Isaac received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University.  

Sandya Swamy leads the Go-to-Market practice at ECA Partners, where she specializes in executive search and interim talent solutions for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. With over 20 years of cross-industry experience spanning technology, consulting, finance, and social impact, Sandya combines strategic insight and operational expertise to deliver results as a trusted talent partner.

Before joining ECA, Sandya held Go-to-Market, Strategy and Operations roles at Meta, Walmart eCommerce, and McKinsey & Company, focused on growth and strategy in Consumer/Retail, Tech and Healthcare. Her pre-MBA experience includes investment banking at Lehman Brothers and private equity at Insight Partners.

Sandya’s professional journey also includes work in the social sector as a corps member at Teach for America, Ashoka for social entrepreneurship, and workforce development for the City of New York.

Sandya holds an MBA and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago, as well as a BA in English and Music from The George Washington University. A passionate advocate for diversity in leadership, she is also currently chair of the ACG New York DEI Committee.
