For Travel Arrangements: ACG Atlanta suggests you arrive in Atlanta on the morning of Monday, February 3^rd, and depart late afternoon on Wednesday, February 5^th.

A waitlist will be utilized once the block is full. Should a room become available, the next attendee on the waitlist will be notified. Please be mindful of the cancellation policies for EVEN and the Courtyard, as these are beyond ACG Atlanta's control.

You MUST be logged in to your MyACG account to register for the room block. Our MyACG platform recently underwent changes and improvements to better meet the needs of the M&A professionals we serve; as a result, all ACG members must setup access to the new MyACG – you can do so following the instructions here.

For a one-night stay or alternate accommodations the following hotels are available with a shuttle to the Hotel at Avalon and can be booked directly with the respective hotels:

M&A SOUTH 2025 will once again be at the beautiful Avalon Hotel and Conference Center. To stay at The Avalon hotel (a Marriott Autograph Collection), there is a required 2-night minimum stay for all reservations in our discounted block.

ACG Atlanta will collect payment for the room and taxes via the link above for those who wish to stay onsite at The Hotel at Avalon. A credit card will be collected at check-in for incidentals.

• Total collected for 2 nights: $752.50

Cancellation Policy (IMPORTANT)

ACG Atlanta is contracted for a certain number of rooms to get a discounted rate and ensure room availability for our attendees. We can only accommodate full cancellations up until Friday, January 3^rd, 2025.  Cancellations made after Friday, January 3^rd, 2025, will result in a one-night, non-refundable deposit charge. No cancellations will be accepted after January 31^st. You may cancel your reservation by emailing acgatlanta@acg.org on or before 5 pm on January 3^rd, 2024. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation; if you do not, please call Gloria Kantor at 404-846-4455 and select option 2. Each cancellation will be issued a cancellation date and number.
