Scott brings 15+ years of middle-market investment banking experience to his role of Managing Director, having successfully executed dozens of M&A and capital markets transactions. Scott has dedicated his entire career to leading global financial advisory projects and providing innovative growth solutions for clients across a variety of industries, with a specialized focus on the Consumer sector. Prior to joining Three Sixty Seven, Scott was a senior member of Robert W. Baird’s Global Consumer Investment Banking Group. During his time at Baird, Scott worked in Baird’s U.S. offices in Tampa and Chicago as part of their Global Consumer and Industrial teams. He also spent two years in London as part of Baird’s International M&A team. Scott has a wide range of cross-border experience providing execution leadership on M&A, debt/equity raisings and other financial advisory services for publicly traded, financial sponsor-owned and family-owned companies.

Jon Keltner

Jon currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Apex Service Partners. In this role, he leads the company’s efforts across business development, M&A acquisitions, and integration. Apex Service Partners is a HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical holdings company serving most major markets across the US. Prior to his time at Apex, Jon worked at EY Parthenon as a consultant supporting their M&A practice focused on integration management, due diligence and deal analysis, and market assessments. Jon has an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and received his undergrad from the University of Kentucky. He lives in St. Petersburg, FL with his wife and 2 children, and is originally from Williamsburg, VA.

Kurt Schwab

Kurt is responsible for all aspects of the deal process including leading thesis development, identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, and supporting portfolio companies. Kurt currently serves on the board of Flotilla Partners and Valor Exterior Partners. 

Prior to joining Osceola, Kurt was a Senior Associate at Cold Bore Capital, a Chicago-based lower-middle market private equity fund where he executed transactions in the healthcare services, business-to-business services, and consumer services sectors.

Before Cold Bore Capital, Kurt was an Associate within BMO Capital Markets’ Investment Banking Group, where he covered the healthcare sector. During his time at BMO, Kurt gained experience executing buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions as well as debt and equity financings. Before joining BMO, Kurt held various roles in financial services at J.P. Morgan. Prior to his career in finance, Kurt served for six years in the U.S. Navy, where he was a Supply Corps Officer. During his military service, he held multiple departmental leadership positions and completed one deployment to Afghanistan.

Kurt earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Finance from Penn State University. He lives in Tampa with his wife, two children, and their Alaskan Klee Kai, Domino. Kurt enjoys collegiate and professional football, traveling, reading, cigar tasting, and supporting fellow veterans.

Sara Qureshi (Moderator)

Sara Qureshi is a distinguished attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, joint ventures and partnerships, federal and state taxation, as well as, various other corporate matters. With her extensive expertise in federal and state taxation, coupled with her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Sara provides comprehensive legal counsel to clients navigating complex corporate transactions. She advises businesses through the full lifecycle of M&A activities—from due diligence and deal structuring to closing and post-transaction integration. She also represents various companies and practices, across multiple industries, in connection with corporate governance, entity formation, and tax reporting and compliance matters.

Sara is actively involved within the Tampa Bay community, including serving on the ACG Emerging Professionals committee. Notably, she is a Founding Member of the Women in Business of Tampa Bay and the Children’s Home Network Young Professionals Committee

Sara lives in Tampa with her husband, son, and two dogs, Yoda and Vader, and is originally from Fort Myers, Florida. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking, and watching the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
