James "Jim" Stameson is President and Chief Executive Officer of Plasma Ruggedized Solutions and a member of its Board of Directors. He is a Co-Founder of PRS and possesses extensive C-Level operating experience in the manufacturing and technology sectors. Prior to the election as CEO, Mr. Stameson was a Principal and CEO of Aegis Precision Technologies, President of Qual Pro Corporation, and Vice President and General Manager of Aurora Electronics.

He began his career at Hughes Aircraft, specializing in intelligence and international programs.Following his time at Hughes, Jim moved to Parker Hannifin Corporation. He held senior line/operating positions developing and producing electromechanical and hydraulic actuation and control systems. He then went on to Vickers/Eaton Corp, where he was the Director of Operations of the Sterer Division.

During the past 20 years, Jim has led or consulted in Merger and Acquisition transactions totaling more than $450 million. His P&L leadership responsibilities at Fortune 500 companies and in the “Middle Market” have provided a unique experience and perspective of the global markets and the attributes that create successful business models. Over the past five years, Jim has authored and presented White papers and articles for various presentations and media in the A&D and Electronics industries. Recently, Jim received notice that an advanced epoxy (Kryptos-17) compound he co-developed with his CTO had received Patent approval from the U.S. patent office.

Jim holds a B.A. in Finance and International Business from the University of Washington School of Business in Seattle and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University in Malibu. Coupled with his formal education, Mr. Stameson has completed advanced coursework in manufacturing engineering at Caltech in Pasadena, is G.E. Six Sigma trained, and has completed Program Management School at American University. He is a board member of the Association for Corporate Growth in Silicon Valley, the Chico State University Engineering Advisory Council, the International Trade Council, and the Atlanta Federal Reserve Business Uncertainty Panel. Jim is active in a variety of philanthropic endeavors throughout the world and is involved in local charities and community activities in the greater Southern California area. Mr. Stameson authored an article entitled "Tap Suppliers for Innovation" published in the December 7th-20th 2015 issue of Aviation Week, in which he discussed technology, innovation, and the changing dynamics in the aerospace industry throughout the world.
