Overview

Body
We are pleased to announce ACG 101’s 13th annual Women in Corporate Growth Luncheon on Wednesday, July 10th.

This year, our panelists will share insights on their unique backgrounds, as well as honing in on how ownership dynamics have shaped their companies.  Their perspectives will range from that of a private equity -backed business, to co-op owned, as well as a founder run, soon-to-be generational business.  Learn more about the nuances and implications of the various structures, and how our speakers actively navigate each.

We are pleased to announce Connecting a Caring Community as this year’s beneficiary.

Connecting a Caring Community is a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring and mobilizing the community to live a life of giving through time, money, and meaningful projects. It is our vision that CCC encourages others into action through our programs and projects. We create a culture of giving back through awareness and hands on experiences with opportunities to get further involved with our partner organizations and the people we touch. We believe this formula affects both the recipient and the giver, which in turn, enables our participants to give, love and grow.

Lisa Amster, Moderator

AGR Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors
Managing Director – Investments

Lisa knows the capital markets inside and out, having worked in the financial services industry for close to twenty-five years. She spent the first half of her career at Goldman Sachs in New York, followed by a short chapter at Barclays and just shy of 10 years at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in Los Angeles. Lisa got her degree from UC Berkeley (GO BEARS). While some might feel the toll after working decades in a demanding industry, Lisa feels energized — not only from the rush working with a team she considers family, but from meeting the talented and dynamic humans that become clients along the way. Making a strategic introduction can move the needle more than picking the right stock in Lisa’s book, which is why she is so keen to understand each client holistically. Building a deep rapport not only gives her necessary investing insights, but she can also use this intricate knowledge to better exercise the “network effect” of professional resources she’s built during her career.
