Aaron Perlmutter is a Founding Partner of Charger Investment Partners, a premier middle-market private equity firm focused on transformative growth and operational improvement across a range of industries. With nearly two decades of investment experience in the aerospace, defense, and space sectors, Mr. Perlmutter has spent his career focused on providing middle market companies with strategic leadership and value creation ideas. He is currently the lead Director of Apex Space and Defense Systems, where he supports the Company’s core initiatives aimed at advancing innovation in space technology and defense capabilities.
Along with his leadership and strategic roles at Charger, Mr. Perlmutter is actively engaged in philanthropic organizations in Southern California, most notable of which is his role on the Leadership Council of the International Medical Corp.
Mr. Perlmutter earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Duke University and holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He is an active mentor to emerging professionals and former service members entering the private equity and aerospace sectors.
