Young ACG Columbus is hosting a fireside chat with Jake Block, Founder and CEO of American Nitrile, and Mike Neiman, Principal Attorney at Neiman Law and President at Clear Sky Title.

American Nitrile, founded in 2021, is the largest domestic manufacturer of Nitrile Gloves, employing over 300 people and manufacturing over 120 million gloves monthly in Columbus, Ohio. American Nitrile made headlines in 2022 when they announced they had raised over $100 million in venture capital & they have raised $180 million in capital to date. Neiman Law, also founded in 2021, is a 4-person growing law firm providing counsel on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and economic incentives, currently with over $125 million in pending transactions for clients. Clear Sky Title, founded in March of 2024, is a start-up title agency focusing on both residential & commercial transactions, which aims to serve as an ancillary service to Mike’s clients.

Although Jake and Mike manage very different businesses in size and scope, they have encountered some of the same challenges and have partnered on work for American Nitrile. Join us to learn more about how they started their careers, what inspired them to begin their entrepreneurial journey, what challenges they have faced, and how they have overcome them.
