ACG Houston: Young Professionals Speakers Series

Dustin is the principal of business development and is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities for Capstreet. Prior to joining Capstreet, Dustin led deal sourcing activities for Clovis Point Capital, a Houston based growth equity firm. Dustin has spent more than 19 years in the financial services industry, and has built business development programs, created strategic proprietary outreach processes, and led all stages of deal sourcing from initial research of specific industry verticals through due diligence. Prior to Clovis Point, Dustin worked with several banks, most recently leading Comerica Bank’s Technology and Life Sciences Group. Dustin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Texas A&M University.

Jessica Seff joined Statesman in 2018 as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and currently serves as Director. She brings more than 12 years of experience in corporate finance, financial and strategic planning, and regulatory compliance for a wide range of companies including Lehman Brothers, Shell Trading, Axiom Commodity Group, and Yes Prep Public Schools. She holds the coveted CFA designation, and she collaborates extensively with the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Houston. Jessica is registered with FINRA holding the Series 63 and 79 licenses.

Jessica received her B.B.A. from Vanderbilt University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and her Master’s degree is from the London School of Economics.
