Gabrielle Fitzpatrick is a trailblazer in the spirits industry as the youngest woman to create, launch and build a Tequila RTD brand that is nationally distributed and award-winning. She operates and leads the company’s expansion into high-growth markets and is responsible for maintaining distribution partnerships. She is instrumental to the company’s growing revenues and manages supply chain logistics. 
Fitzpatrick has secured distribution for her company in ten markets and over three hundred doors across the United States leading to a 150% average monthly growth in just 18 months. She launched Damn Right Cocktails to create exactly what was missing in the spirits industry: the world’s first USDA certified organic, 100% de Agave Tequila Ready-to-Drink (RTD) Cocktails that has a metropolitan brand identity. It is Fitzpatrick’s mission to pave the way for other underrepresented groups in the beverage world by encouraging them to disrupt the market with innovative products like her own.
In her previous roles, Fitzpatrick served as a Project Coordinator where she successfully executed large conferences globally for pharmaceutical companies. She has a knack for building something out of nothing and is consistently referred to as “the glue” across an organization. Her problem-solving skills and resourcefulness are what enabled her to build and grow a successful beverage company.
Fitzpatrick holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Boston College where she held the position as Senator of Class of 2017 for the Undergraduate Government.
