Eric Krucke

Eric Krucke is the National Practice Director of Aprio CFO Advisory Services, where he helps companies drive and enable growth. Eric advises CEOs, founders, business leaders, private equity firms and board members of companies navigating transitions, transactions and financial opportunities, providing strategies to help them accelerate growth with the right financial leadership team in place. He works with companies that require CFO expertise to successfully navigate their pathway through any inflection point.

A former CFO for Berkshire Hathaway, Eric brings more than 25 years of handson financial leadership experience to clients. He has proven experience enabling growth, navigating acquisitions, finding capital to fund growth, and facilitating successful exits for founders and investors, including a sale to Berkshire Hathaway. Over the course of his career, Eric has seen time and again that the most important responsibility of a transformative business leader is to provide clarity so they are ready to grow through any inflection point. He provides clients with the resources and tools they need to uphold that responsibility and navigate inflection points with confidence.

Eric is also a sought-after public speaker and regularly shares his expertise with audiences across the nation. Eric earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University, and his professional affiliations include membership in Vistage, the CFO Forum, the CFO Roundtable and Financial Executives International.
