About our speakers:

Ken Jones is the founder and CEO of Third Lake Capital. Third Lake is a private investment firm dedicated to the global asset management and capital deployment for a Forbes 400 family who own and operate one of the largest closely held companies in the world. Third Lake is headquartered in Tampa, Florida with operations in the Midwestern U.S. and Asia. Ken leads and executes the vision, strategy and growth of the firm which invests capital in a broad array of asset classes including alternatives, real estate, operating companies and funds. Ken also co-chairs the firm's investment committee and is an active board member for numerous portfolio companies.
Prior to founding Third Lake, Ken was executive vice president, senior managing director and general counsel of Communications Equity Associates. CEA is a global investment and merchant banking firm focusing on media, telecommunications, entertainment, and real estate. CEA and its affiliates were the general partner in 12 private equity funds worldwide with 1.2 billion under management.

Mark Lubienski is the Managing Director of Osprey S.A. Mr. Lubienski has responsibility for legal matters and human resources for the Osprey group of companies. Mr. Lubienski joined Osprey in 2013 after working for Ibis Investment Company, the family office of one of the founding partners of Osprey, since 1997. Previous to working with Osprey and Ibis, Mr. Lubienski was the Controller and Chief Financial Officer for The Virtual Group and an Associate with Plante & Moran, PLLC. Mr. Lubienski is a Certified Public Accountant (registered) and a Certified Financial Planner. He obtained a BS in Accounting (Summa Cum Laude) from University of Detroit.

Tready Smith is the Founder and CEO of Bayshore Capital Advisors, an investment advisory firm with teams in Tampa, London, and New York. Bayshore provides investment research and global, multi-asset class portfolio solutions for foundations, institutions, family offices, and high net worth individuals. Tready is responsible for creating and implementing the firm's strategic vision. She is a member of the investment committee and has spent the last 18 years investing in the full spectrum of global alternative and traditional investments.

Tready is also a managing member of ASAP Capital Partners, her family investment office. Tready began her career at Deloitte Consulting after graduating from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, with a degree in Business Administration. She is married to Thayer Smith and they have two children.

Penny Parks is Founder/CEO of Links Financial. Spanning a professional career of more than 30 years, Penny Parks of Links Financial has worked for premier firms in the financial services industry. Her areas of focus have been arranging over 2 Billion in corporate debt financings, real estate and corporate problem loan resolution and restructuring, business acquisitions and numerous interim and restructuring financial leadership roles.

Now in its tenth year, Links Financial, the company that Penny founded, arranges and restructures debt for middle market companies, arranges financings for real estate projects and sells family-owned businesses. As President, Penny Parks of Links Financial identifies the most appropriate and creative financing structure, provides referrals to well-suited funding sources and advocates for her clients throughout the process.
