Please register early for our next lunch in San Antonio on Tuesday, February 27th. Our featured speaker will be Craig Boyan, President of H-E-B, and that  lunch is being sponsored by Hancock Whitney. We expect that lunch to sell out too!

Join us for our first lunch of the new year in San Antonio on Tuesday, January 30th, 11:30AM-1PM @ Fleming's. Our featured speaker will be Michael Kiolbassa, President of Kiolbassa Smoked Meats. This event is being sponspred by Calvetti Ferguson.

Now until 12Noon on Wed. Jan. 24th: ACG Member Rate @ $50./Non-Member Rate @ $85. Late Registration Rates begin @ 12:01PM on Wed. Jan. 24th thru 5PM on Mon. Jan. 29th (or until we sell out): ACG Member Rate @ $60./Non-Member Rate @ $95. We no longer accept day-of registrations or walk-ins. Only individuals who registered online by the deadline will have a seat at this lunch.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received in writing to acgasa@acg.org by 5PM on Wednesday, January 24th will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received after 5PM on Wed. Jan. 24th. If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend.   

ACG Austin/San Antonio reserves the right to fill open seats at the event venues once the networking period has passed and the official event programming has begun. In rare instances this could mean that registered attendees arriving late will not have a seat readily available upon their arrival. In these instances ACG Austin/San Antonio will work to accommodate the attendee, and if not able to do so to the attendee's satisfaction, ACG Austin/San Antonio will refund their registration fee.

Your registration for this event acts as an audio/video release and includes your permission for ACG Austin/San Antonio to use your image and comments captured on audio, video or photographic formats while attending the event for marketing and promotional purposes.

Since 1949, the Kiolbassa family has been handcrafting premium smoked sausage, bacon and chorizo from their headquarters on the west side of San Antonio. 

Kiolbassa Smoked Meats is on a mission to reintroduce the country to authentic smoked meats the way they were made 100 years ago. And the country has taken notice! 

Currently operated by the family’s third generation, what was once a regional brand only in Texas is now available across the United States and Mexico. Between 2017-2019, the company has experienced remarkable growth year over year.

President Michael Kiolbassa credits the company’s success to his team’s passion for preserving the art of handcrafted smoked meats. Their dedication has allowed the company to scale production to meet consumer demand while staying true to a small-batch process.

Michael has lived in San Antonio his entire life. He’s been working at Kiolbassa for 36 years and remembers going on the radio in 1989 telling people they could buy Kiolbassa products at their local grocery store (they were only in 5 HEBs at the time). The resulting demand from that radio promo put the Kiolbassa brand on the map and they’ve been growing ever since!
