Managing Director

Jaime Arreola is a Managing Director on our Lower Middle Market investment team. Mr. Arreola joined Main Street in 2023. His responsibilities include originating and executing on new investments for the firm. Mr. Arreola is also responsible for managing a portfolio of Lower Middle Market investments and assists those companies with various strategic initiatives, capital raises and M&A activity. 

Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Arreola was a Managing Director at Alloy Capital, a private credit firm that invests in growing companies in the middle market in Mexico. Mr. Arreola was responsible for all the origination, and negotiation of new investments as well as overseeing and monitoring of portfolio companies. Mr. Arreola previously served as Principal of Pinto America Growth Fund L.P. ("PAGF"), a private equity fund focused on investing in fast growing companies in the Hispanic market in the U.S. and as CEO of Excel Distribution, a specialty distributor of Hispanic food products.

Mr. Arreola began his career as a Brand Manager for PepsiCo. Mr. Arreola holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Studios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Monterrey, Mexico and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Curtis is a Managing Partner of Genesis Park and a Founding Partner of GP Capital Partners. Curtis has extensive private equity, private credit, and corporate development experience. He was a co-founder of Main Street Capital Corporation (NYSE: MAIN) and enjoyed a 20-year career, including predecessor Main Street entities, where he served in various senior executive roles, including on the Executive Committee and Investment Committee, and was a principal of three SBIC funds. Previously, Curtis held investment and portfolio company roles with Sterling City Capital, a Houston-based investment firm, and started his career with Deloitte & Touche and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Financial Assurance and Transaction Advisory roles.

Curtis has served on the board of numerous portfolio companies and HMS Income Fund, Inc., a non-listed Business Development Company (BDC). He is also Ex-Officio and former Chairman of the Board and Executive Committee of the Small Business Investor Alliance (SBIA), the principal industry association representing SBICs, BDCs and other middle market investment firms. He currently serves as a Trustee of Episcopal High School in Houston and on the Advisory Council for the University of Texas – McCombs School of Business MSF Program. Curtis is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting and a licensed CPA.

Curtis serves on the Management and Investment Committee of GP Capital.

Bill has 35 years of commercial banking experience in the South Texas and South Louisiana markets, primarily New Orleans and Houston. Bill has managed many different industries over his career including energy services, maritime, retail, and gaming. Bill earned both his B.S. and M.S. in Finance from LSU.
