Adam is an experienced M&A and corporate strategy executive with a focus on vertical software, industrial technologies and cross-border transactions. He has completed over $3 Billion in transactions globally across a number of industries including govtech, industrial software, energy, aerospace, mapping, and logistics. Adam is currently the Head of Corporate Development and Strategy at Granicus, a leading government SaaS provider backed by Vista Equity and Harvest Partners. Previously, Adam led strategy and corporate development teams at Trimble (TRMB), Lockheed Martin Space Systems (LMT) and Applied Materials (AMAT). Adam has an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas, a Master’s in Energy Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires and a BA from Northwestern University. He and his family live in Denver, Colorado.

He has over 20 years of experience providing integration, carve-out, and operational due diligence services. Mr. Martinez works on transactions with leading private equity firms and companies ranging from closely held businesses to multi-billion- dollar corporations. He is passionate about uncovering value in complex transactions and enabling capabilities that create a competitive advantage for businesses. Mr. Martinez has led teams on more than 250 private equity and corporate transactions and uses that knowledge to quickly assess issues and opportunities for M&A. Mr. Martinez has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including high-tech, healthcare, retail, consumer and industrial products, manufacturing, and distribution.

Mr. Shoemaker is a Managing Director in Investment Banking with responsibilities that include Head of the Middle Market Investment Bank for the Denver Region as well as Mergers & Acquisitions for the Mobility and Industrials sectors.   Mr. Shoemaker has 30 years industry experience, 13 with BofA Securities.  Prior to BofA Securities, Inc., Chris was a Partner at Rhone Capital LLC, an international private equity firm with several billion dollars under management and was also the CEO and entrepreneur of CherryPharm, Inc. a science-based functional-food venture capital company. Chris started his career in investment banking at Kidder, Peabody & Co. where he focused on real estate finance.  Over the past 30 years, Chris has had a broad range of experience acting as an agent, principal, asset manager, investor, board member, owner and operating executive. He has been involved in many different companies in various different industry sectors across the globe, has collectively advised on M&A transactions with combined transaction value of approximately $200 billion and has managed over $1 billion in private equity and venture capital investments.

Kevin Tisza is currently a Senior Vice President at Bank of America in the Global Commercial Banking Group with a focus on mid-cap Colorado companies.  Prior to joining Bank of America, Mr. Tisza was a Director at Asia Plus Capital, an M&A Advisory boutique located in Shanghai, China.  His primary responsibilities included deal generation and structuring sell-side transactions between the United States and Asia.  Prior to Asia Plus, Kevin was a Vice President at Wells Fargo Securities in their Corporate & Investment Banking Group covering large-cap Industrial clients. His primary objective in this role was advising clients on corporate finance initiatives. Prior to Wells Fargo, he spent 4 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch working on their middle-market credit team based in Chicago with a focus on leveraged finance.
