The topic is “What do You Do When You Receive a Term Sheet?” It will be held at

Procopio’s Del Mar Heights office (12544 High Bluff Drive, San Diego, CA)

from 11:30am-1:00pm. on Tuesday, December 16th.

Schedule:

11:30 – 11:45: Registration/Introductions/Lunch
11:45—12:45: Program/Discussion

12:45—1:00: Wrap-up/Take-aways

Please join us for a dynamic discussion regarding the various issues relating to the receipt of a term sheet and the next steps needed to be taken in the process. Business Roundtables are candid, relatively unstructured
discussions, where participants can listen, share ideas, and ask questions in a small group setting. There will be 2 break out discussions facilitated by experienced investment bankers and attorneys to make the Roundtable open and

informative with ideas shared by the active participants.

The 2 breakout sessions will merge into one for the last 15 minutes to share lessons learned.
