Another year, another bad gift? Don't pack it up.  Wrap it up for our annual ACG Women's Networking Luncheon & Bad Gift Competition on January 25th. Bring a wrapped "unfortunate" gift to exchange with others at your table, vote on the worst in your group, and then go head-to-head with other top contenders. Does your gift have what it takes to win 2024's top honor?

Members/Sponsors: $75 I Non-Members: $125


Cancellations received via email at least 3 business days from the event will be granted a refund, less a 20% administrative fee. Cancellations received after the cut-off date (3 days prior to) are not eligible for a refund. However, registrations can be transferred without penalty to another representative from the same company for the same event, with advanced notification to organizers. If the replacement representative is not a member of the association, the firm will be responsible to pay the difference between the member vs. non-member rate (this will vary depending on the event). Picture/Video Policy: Registration implies consent that any pictures or video taken during the event can be used for promotional purposes. ACG Pittsburgh is able to use your likeness without remuneration.

Suzanna Malausky, Founder, WeInspire Talent Solutions, has inspired people to grow into the best version of themselves for over 25 years.  She has coached individuals and teams throughout her extensive and successful corporate and consulting career.  Suzanne’s former experiences inspired her to hone in on her passion for executing coaching and launch the PACES Program, which is exclusively designed for senior and executive leaders to help them tap into behaviors that drive better personal and organizational performance.

As an executive coach, Suzanna utilizes her organizational developmental expertise with a focus on leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, change management, and interpersonal skill development across multiple industries like healthcare, manufacturing, IT, and higher education.  Her years of experience and direct line of communication with executive leaders make her dynamic, giving her the advantage needed to support other leaders on their journey to greater success.

Providing clients with strategy, support, and personalized development plans for creating healthy workplaces that attract and retain the best talent and result in improved business performance, is Suzanne’s passion.  She collaborates with leaders in a straightforward, keenly related way to tackle topics such as employee engagement, and corporate culture. Change, and personal accountability.  She inspires better ways of thinking about work and re-energizes teams around greater performance levels.

In addition to being the founder of WeInspire Talent Solutions, she was the Vice President of Talent Management at Tegra, the Director of Culture Talent Management at MexExpress, and a Corporate Culture facilitator at UnitedHealth Group.  Highmark Health, one of the nation’s largest Blue Cross and Blue Shield organizations, was privileged to have her serve as Director for Talent Development.  To round out her prior experience, she was a Director of Talent Development for EDMC, focused on employee engagement and executive development.

Suzanne is an executive coach by trade backed by years of expertise and is ignited with a passion for helping others define and realize success.  Her behavioral-based approach to coaching is individualized, meets you where you are, and gets you where you want to go – empowering you to lead on purpose.  She also has the tools and organizational assessment resources required to implement while developing the best strategy for you to grow as a leader!
