The gathering will feature a presentation from Scott Gray, Director of Sales and a Client Coach with Six Disciplines Consulting Services in Findlay, OH.  Gray will focus on what it takes to transform company culture and get that new culture to become the way of doing business.
 
“I like to help businesses see things in a new way. Sometimes it’s just about sharing a new idea or giving an example of how other companies are finding success with a new way of doing things,” says Gray.

Scott Gray, Six Disciplines Consulting Services

Scott Gray is the Director of Sales and a Client Coach for Six Disciplines Consulting Services. He is certified on the Six Disciplines methodology and is responsible for coaching and offering strategic advisory services. Scott is was an Examiner for The Partnership for Excellence (TPE) which administers the Malcolm Baldrige Assessment Process in Ohio, Indiana and West Virginia. Prior to joining Six Disciplines, Scott served 3 years as a National Account Representative with Cenveo in Toledo, a national, publicly-traded printing company, and 20 years as co-owner and VP of Sales and Marketing with The Gray Printing Company--the 20 million 118-year old, fourth-generation family-owned printing firm in Fostoria, OH. Scott’s background includes expertise in sales, marketing, new business development and customer relationship management. Gray currently serves on the board for the Boy Scouts of America, Black Swamp Area Council. He and his wife, Jackie, live in Findlay, Ohio. Scott earned his bachelor’s degree from Marietta College.

Six Disciplines (6D) is a private, for-profit consulting firm based in Findlay, OH, which helps organizations improve performance by providing strategic planning and execution services and Baldrige support services. Six Disciplines (6D) exhibits role model performance in strategic planning and practices the same systematic methodology to strategy – the Six Disciplines -- that 6D team members use to coach clients.
