Audrey Pinkerton is Managing Partner of Valasso Partners, a hands-on strategic consultancy and operating partner to middle market companies seeking improved performance and growth. She serves in CEO/COO positions and provides business advisory for privately-owned and private equity portfolio companies. Prior to Valasso, Audrey spent 25 years at Fortune 500 manufacturing companies where she held general management roles leading growth, performance improvement, and turnaround and 6 years running her own commercial construction business focused on urban adaptive reuse projects. |
Jonathan Rosen |
Jonathan Rosen is Managing Director at Paceline Equity Partners where he focuses on overseeing the firm’s private equity investing strategy. Jonathan is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, transaction structuring, financing and executing post-closing growth, operational and add-on acquisition strategies. He currently serves as a member of the board directors of Paceline portfolio companies RELAM, Inc., Quick Fitting, LLC, and AHF Products, LLC. Prior to Paceline, Jonathan was a Vice President at H.I.G. Capital. Previously, he was a Vice President at Lone Star Funds. In such capacity, he was responsible for origination, underwriting, and asset management on various operating company investments. |

William L. (Bill) Siegel is a Shareholder and Section Head of the Cowles Thompson Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group as well as a member of the Corporate and Business Law Practice Group. His experience includes representing individuals and business entities in their corporate and transactional affairs, including drafting and negotiating agreements of all types, and representing individuals and business entities in disputes that may arise in litigation in State and Federal Courts. He also represents debtors, creditors, Trustees, and Committees in bankruptcy matters in Chapter 7 liquidations and Chapter 11 reorganizations. His clients include small and medium-sized businesses, start-up technology companies, and partnerships. |
