Please join ACG New York for an informative discussion with Congressman Hurt on March 24th followed by a networking reception. Given his leadership on the House Financial Services Committee, we look forward to his perspective and outlook for financial services in the remainder of the 114th Congress. This meeting kicks off a series that is part of ACG Global’s public policy initiative.

Fifth District, Virginia

Robert Hurt currently represents Virginia’s Fifth District in the U.S. House of Representatives. He is a member of the Financial Services Committee, which has jurisdiction over all aspects of the nation’s financial and housing sectors. The Committee will play an important role in facilitating economic growth, eliminating burdensome regulations, and protecting American consumers. Within the Committee, Representative Hurt serves as the Vice Chairman of the Capital Markets and Government Sponsored Enterprises Subcommittee and serves on the Housing and Insurance Subcommittee as well as the Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee. Mr. Hurt is also a member of the Congressional Caucus for Middle Market Growth.
