Preparing a Business for Sale

Selling a business is a complex process. Some aspects are formulaic but many are highly subjective. Layer on top an ever changing market and financing environment.

Join us for an interactive panel discussion between an investment banker, a strategic business advisor and a CPA involved in the due diligence process and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor involved in value acceleration.

We will discuss the key factors that need to be addressed when readying a business (and the owner) for sale, things that can go wrong and how they can be prevented and best practices that can lead to better results for owners.
