NextGen Lunch and Learn - Anatomy of a Private Equity Deal
Please join ACG Detroit NextGen for “Anatomy of a Private Equity Deal.” During this Dykema-hosted lunch-and-learn, we’ll have a moderated panel provide perspectives of mid-level associates to young partners in legal, private equity, investment banking, finance, and transaction support. The panelists will comment on the lifecycle of a typical private equity deal and offer useful/important lessons learned along the way. The event’s goal is to give younger professionals insights into not only the timeline of and players in a deal but also how other moving parts do their job. Our hope is that this in turn influences each of us to do our jobs more efficiently and with a broader understanding of how a deal gets done.
