Working with Independent Sponsors and Investment Banks
By invitation Only
Thursday, October 9, 2014
Harmonie Club, 4 East 60th Street & Fifth Avenue
11:15 AM - 1:30 PM
More and more family offices are developing and implementing direct investment strategies. This networking lunch and panel discussion will explore this trend in more detail and provide an ideal forum for family offices, independent sponsors, private equity firms, and investment banks to better understand how family offices generate and manage direct deal flow.
In addition, the panel will explore some of the ways in which family offices look at partnering with independent sponsors and private equity firms to get deals closed and manage investments post-closing.
The panelists represent a cross-section of participants in the family office direct investment ecosystem and will be able to draw insights from their years of direct investing experience.
