February 2015 Corporate Development Peer Group Meeting

John Hense with CC Capital Advisors will give us some aggregate data on which to discuss valuation by different sizes of companies, maybe relevant industries, along with trends over time.  John’s firm does a tremendous job of tracking M&A deal activity around the Kansas City metropolitan area, and they publish a very nice compendium each year in
late-January.  It will be an interesting conversation about data balanced by each individual’s own perspectives on the subject.
