SVETLANA ATTESTATOVA
Partner, Reed Smith

Svetlana is a corporate finance partner with the firm’s Financial Industries Group. She serves as the Global Chair of the Russia Business Team, and she is a lead blogger for the Lending Law Report.

Her practice focuses on debt financing, and she regularly represents financial institutions and companies in syndicated, club and bilateral financings, acquisition financings, transactions with venture capital and private-equity-backed companies, mezzanine financings, equipment loan financings, project financings, first and second lien financings, and cross-border transactions. Her experience encompasses a broad range of industries including healthcare, biotech, utility, energy, communications systems, retail, restaurant, art, music, and shipping.

Svetlana, who is originally from Stavrolpol, Russia, is bilingual in English and Russian. Because of her years growing up in Russia and her continuing connections and relationships in Russia, she has a deep understanding of the country, its businesses and industries, its people, its cultural norms and expectations, and she works to bring that to her practice and her clients, in every way. JEANNE BEACHAM
CEO, Delphon Industries

Jeanne Beacham is President and CEO of Delphon Industries LLC., a materials manufacturing company that is a leading provider of device packaging materials and services to the Semiconductor and Medical Industries. Delphon has Divisions Gel-Pak, Quik-Pak, TouchMark and UltraTape, with offices in Hayward and San Diego, CA, Wilsonville, Oregon, St. Albans, VT and Taiwan and global sales support.

Jeanne joined Vichem Corporation in 1994 as Vice President of Marketing and Sales of GEL-PAK, responsible for worldwide sales, marketing, and strategic alliances. In December 1997, she led a management buyout of GEL-PAK and in July 2000, acquired Silicon Packaging Technology in San Diego – creating Quik-Pak as a new division of GEL-PAK and merged the assets of Aguila Technologies into Quik-Pak in 2009. In 2004 Jeanne restructured the company under Delphon Industries to establish a platform to grow the company by both acquisition and organic growth. In 2005 Delphon acquired TouchMark, a high precision Medical Device Pad Printing business serving medical and semiconductor industries. In 2008 Delphon acquired UltraTape, a cleanroom tape manufacturer located in Oregon. In 2013 expanded the cleanroom label line through an acquisition,

Jeanne was been given the Diamond Leadership Award and East Bay Women of Distinction Award. Jeanne also received awards from the San Jose Business Journal as one of the most influential women in business in Silicon Valley and Woman of Distinction in Technology. Delphon was named by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the Top Women Owned business in the Bay Area. She is a member of the Sales and Marketing Executive Council of SEMI, is an Advisory Board member of the Kellogg School of Management’s Master of Management and Manufacturing Program. Jeanne gave the Commencement address to the Engineering school and for the Women’s Initiative Network graduation. She has recently been involved as a guest lecturer at Oregon State University for their Entrepreneurship program.

Jeanne is a Past President of the Silicon Valley Chapter of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) and a founding member of SWAN (Semiconductor Women’s Alliance Network), a member of the Sales and Marketing Executive Council of SEMI and an active member of Vistage for over 10 years.

Prior to GEL-PAK, Jeanne was the Marketing Manager at Tencor Instruments and spent 10 years at IBM in Essex Junction, VT, in engineering and management positions where she received multiple distinguished engineering awards. GRETCHEN PERKINS
Partner, Huron Capital Partners

Gretchen is responsible for managing Huron’s business development and investment sourcing activities, including outreach to deal professionals such as business brokers, investment banks, attorneys, accountants and consultants.

Gretchen has over 25 years’ experience in the finance and business development sectors serving a variety of capital market participants. Prior to joining Huron, Gretchen led the acquisition sourcing efforts at Long Point Capital, a middle market private equity fund. Gretchen also served as Vice President – Business Development for IRN, Inc., a market research firm, and has held senior business development positions at Fleet Capital Corporation and GE Capital Corporation, where she originated and structured senior debt packages for buyouts of middle-market companies.

Gretchen serves as a Director for the Detroit, Michigan Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), is the Co-Chair of the ACG’s Voice of Public Policy Committee, is a Board Member for the Michigan Chapter of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation. JAN ROBERTSON
Managing Partner, SiVal Advisors, LLC

Jan Robertson is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of SiVal Advisors, a mergers & acquisitions and funding advisory firm located in Silicon Valley, California. SiVal Advisors specializes in assisting mid-market technology companies, in a range of areas including: software, healthcare, medical devices & services, semiconductor, semi-equipment, and manufacturing, with M&A, funding, and related matters. Her expertise includes sell-side and buy-side engagements, valuations and fairness opinions.

Ms. Robertson, a frequent speaker and author on topics related to funding and M&A, has advised numerous clients and boards of directors on a wide variety of transactions over her thirty- year career. Jan has served on and moderated panels on M&A and technology-related topics at venues such as: ACG San Francisco, K&A Gates, Bingham McCutchen, DLA Piper, Pillsbury Winthrop, San Jose Capital Club, and at the National Conference for Women Business Owners in Washington, D.C. Recent topics include: Exit Planning: What Every CEO, Business Owner & Board Advisor Needs to Know and The Quickening Pulse of the Healthcare M&A Market and Planning a Lucrative Business Exit.

In April, 2012 Ms. Robertson was honored as one of Silicon Valley’s Top 100 “Women of Influence”. In March 2013 she was a featured speaker on funding and M&A exits, at the Sixth Annual Women’s Private Equity Summit at the Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay, California.

Prior to SiVal Advisors, Jan was Managing Director in Needham & Company's Menlo Park office, where she built the M&A practice from 1997 to 2002. Prior to Needham, she worked at major Canadian investment banking firms, including RBC Dominion Securities and BMO Nesbitt Burns. Ms. Robertson has an MBA from Queen’s University (Canada) and a Bachelor of Science from University of Toronto. She is credentialed as a Chartered Business Valuator, and holds FINRA Series 79 and 63 securities licenses for investment banking. MARY YANG
Mary Yang leads Ciscos global corporate development team for Security acquisitions, investments, and strategic planning.  Her recent acquisitions include Sourcefire (NASDAQ: FIRE) and Cognitive Security, security analytics company based in Prague, Czech Republic.  Mary joined Cisco in 2008 with an extensive background in corporate business development focused on complex strategic transactions and GTM strategy.  She established and launched VCE, the joint venture with EMC, Intel, and VMware.  She also led the Cisco-VMware strategic partnership.
Prior to joining Cisco, Mary led Portfolio Strategy and Application Partnerships for Nortels Enterprise Voice business.  She led the internal incubation and investment for the Agile Communications Environment (ACE) business unit.  Mary held operational roles at TANDBERG, a leading videoconferencing company based in Norway, later acquired by Cisco, and Liberate Technology, a cable software company.  Earlier in her career, she launched several web startups in the US, UK, and Asia.
