Please join us for a dynamic discussion regarding the various issues relating to the successful planning for and minimizing risk in transactions, including due diligence, rep and warranty insurance, escrows and post-closing integration. Business Roundtables are candid, relatively unstructured discussions, where participants can listen, share ideas, and ask questions in a small group setting. There will be 2 break out discussions facilitated by experienced deal professionals to make the Roundtable open and informative with ideas shared by the active participants.

The 2 breakout sessions will merge into one for the last 15 minutes to share lessons learned.
