Brad Adams is a Managing Director of TM Capital Corp. and leads the firm’s efforts in the Technology and Technology-enabled Services sectors. Brad also serves as TM Capital’s Chief Operating Officer and oversees all of the firm’s administrative functions. Brad has over 20 years of experience in advising clients in complex M&A transactions, as well as public and private equity financings.

Prior to joining TM Capital, Brad was a Managing Director and co-founder of Boston Corporate Finance, a boutique investment banking firm focused on providing M&A, capital raising and general advisory services to leading technology companies on a global basis. Previously, Brad was a Vice President at both KPMG Corporate Finance and Advest, Inc. where he specialized in IPOs, private placements and M&A advisory assignments for global technology companies. In between Advest and KPMG, Brad was a Director of Business Development for NewMediary, Inc., a leading provider of private labeled marketplaces for IT services which was ultimately sold to CNET, a CBS Interactive property.

Brad has extensive international experience and is the Head of Oaklins’ (formerly M&A International) Technology Group, as well as a former member of M&A International’s Executive Committee. For ten years he served as Chairman of the Fall Technology Conference for the Association for Corporate Growth and was formerly on the ACG Boston and Global Board of Directors.

Brad is a graduate of Bates College and received his MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is proficient in Japanese.

Brad is an avid basketball junkie and is willing to go to extreme lengths to find a pick-up game anywhere on the globe. He also enjoys playing in an adult baseball league and has contributed to a number of World Series championships for his hometown team in Southborough. However, Brad mainly focuses his competitive juices towards chasing his wife in various road races throughout the year and coaching his two girls and one boy as they begin to develop their passion for athletics.

Chris is a Vice President at Fireman Capital Partners and joined the firm in 2012. He heads up new investment opportunities and supports FCP's portfolio companies. Chris is a Board Member at Oskar Blues Brewery Holdings, Surfside Coffee and IdeaPaint. Prior to joining FCP, Chris was an Associate in the Private Equity division of GB Merchant Partners, a $320 million fund targeting investments in middle market retail and consumer companies, where he identified and evaluated turnaround opportunities. During his time at GBMP, Chris was a Board observer at Grafton-Fraser, a Canadian menswear retailer. Prior to joining GBMP, Chris worked in the Global Consumer Group at Barclays Capital, where he assisted on a number of strategic and leveraged buyout transactions. 

Chris received his BA in Economics from Brown University.

As a Managing Partner of Coppermine Capital, LLC, Zack oversees several portfolio companies across various sectors. His work has spanned both the manufacturing and service industries, including food manufacturing. Mr. Gund is Chairman of Coppermine Bakery Holdings, a supplier of baked goods; CC/CPG Hold Co., owner of health care services firms; and Swan Dyeing and Printing, servicing the indoor/outdoor furniture textile market. He also serves as a Board member for the Kellogg Company and Agile Magnetics, a manufacturer of custom transformers and inductors.

John Snow joined Quabbin Capital in 1989. He has overall responsibility for managing the firm's investments and for developing strategic direction for the firm. His responsibilities also include sourcing new investments, performing due diligence and industry analysis, and closing portfolio investments. Prior to joining Quabbin, John was an auditor with KPMG in New York and Boston.
