John Tucker is a Northwest Chief Executive who has achieved much and is not nearly finished yet – just ask him about his Big Hairy Audacious Goals (BHAGS). Armed with a BA from Purdue, John found early career success at SO Delicious Dairy Free. And, as CEO of Dave’s Killer Bread, John was the steady hand, leading the local brand to explosive, national success. Today he serves as Chief Executive for emerging brand Farmhouse Culture, a leader in probiotic rich foods. Throughout it all John has stayed grounded, focused on strong execution and leading top performers to achieve audacious goals.

After earning his BA in Accounting and Economics at Augustana College, John Wells began a career dedicated to the consumer foods industry. Past stints at Chef America, Treetop and Darigold helped prepare him for nearly two years as CFO at Dave’s Killer Bread. As part of the team responsible for the emergence of a nationally loved bread brand, John’s tenure culminated with the sale of Dave’s Killer Bread to Flowers Food. For the past year, John has served as CFO of Farmhouse Culture, where the band is back together as he and his fellow executive leaders are building dramatic growth all over again.
