Julie LaValle Jones, Developer Whiskey Row Whiskey Row Lofts is a project that was co-developed by CITY Properties Group and siblings Valle and Stephen Jones. The team set out on this historic renovation with the goal of creating a pedestrian-oriented mixed use community with unique features, seldom found in
downtown renovations. Julie LaValle ("Valle") Jones has been working in real estate development and finance in both Boston, MA, Durham, NC, and Louisville, KY for more than 25 years. Valle was co-developer of SouthCourt, a 148,000 sq. ft. mixed use class A office and retail development in Durham, NC. She has also been involved in developing and securing financing for over 1,000 units of affordable and market rate housing and approximately 1 million sq. ft. of commercial real estate (Class A offices, shopping centers, neighborhood commercial,and flex/industrial space) including new construction and historic renovations.
